Course Structure

Most students take a dual subject pathway where they can combine two subjects. Subject selection will be dependent on applicants having studied relevant pre-requisite modules or a similar stream as part of their associate degree.

Students take five modules in each semester; two modules from each of their chosen subjects and then one additional module.

In the first semester students take an additional broadening module chosen of a number of modules from across the programme and elsewhere. For the remaining three semesters, for their fifth module, students take research focused modules where they are exposed to best practice in research culminating in the student’s own research project with one-on-one supervision from faculty in their fourth year.
